Shipping Options & Timelines
Standard Shipping (Nationwide)
- Estimated delivery: 2 – 5 working days
- Applies to all major cities and serviced areas across South Africa
- Public holidays are excluded from delivery timeframes
Collection (Gauteng Only)
- Orders will be ready within 5 working days
- Collection is available from selected locations across Gauteng
- You will be notified once your order is ready for collection
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier capacity, and order volumes.
Order Fulfilment
- Orders are shipped once all items are available
- If there is a delay with part of your order, we may contact you to arrange a partial shipment or hold the order until all items are ready
Delivery Process
All deliveries are fulfilled through courier partners coordinated by BobGo.
- Tracking details will be provided where available
- Deliveries take place during standard business hours
- The courier may contact you to coordinate delivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery:
- The courier will attempt to contact you
- A second delivery attempt may be arranged
- A re-delivery fee may apply if another trip is required
Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us
- Additional courier fees may apply for re-dispatch
- Refunds (if applicable) may exclude original shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the product immediately if there is any damage, tampering, or incorrect items
- Ensure the damage is clearly visible in the images
- This is required by the courier company for any claims
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
Claims submitted without photographic evidence or outside of this timeframe may not be accepted. We reserve the right to assess each claim based on the information provided.
Delivery Address Requirements
To avoid delays or failed deliveries, please ensure your address is complete and accurate. You must include:
- Street address
- Suburb
- City
- Postal code
- Valid contact number
Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays and additional delivery charges.
- Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address
- We are not responsible for parcels accepted by third parties (e.g. reception, security, neighbours)
Delivery Limitations
⚠️ Please take note of the following:
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes
- Certain farms, remote areas, or outlying regions may not be serviced by our courier partners
- If your delivery address falls outside standard delivery zones:
- We will contact you to arrange an alternative solution, or
- A full refund will be issued if delivery is not possible
Risk & Responsibility
Once your order has been delivered to the specified address, responsibility passes to the customer.
- We will assist with courier-related issues where possible
- Claims for damaged or missing items require supporting evidence as outlined above
- We cannot be held liable for:
- Courier delays
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details
- Circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, service disruptions)
