Where to view your points
You can check your current points balance anytime by logging into your account profile. Your dashboard will always show:
- Your available points
- Their value in rands
- Your rewards history
How to use your points at checkout
At the cart stage:
- Your rewards section appears on the right-hand side under your basket total
- It shows your points balance, rand value, and order summary including shipping
- Use the slider to choose how many points (R value) to apply
- Click the yellow “Apply Rewards” button
- Your discount is deducted immediately from your product total
Then proceed to checkout.
Checkout process
At Step 4: Payment:
- Your discount will already be applied
- You only pay the remaining balance using a secure payment method
- Shipping is not included in rewards and is paid separately
Important note
- Online rewards can only be used on this website
- In-store loyalty cards are separate and cannot be used online
- Online points cannot be redeemed in-store
- The two systems are completely independent
