Shipping Options & Timelines

Standard Shipping (Nationwide)

  • Estimated delivery: 2 – 5 working days

  • Applies to all major cities and serviced areas across South Africa

  • Public holidays are excluded from delivery timeframes

Collection (Gauteng Only)

  • Orders will be ready within 5 working days

  • Collection is available from selected locations across Gauteng

  • You will be notified once your order is ready for collection

Delivery Process

All deliveries are fulfilled through courier partners coordinated by BobGo.

  • Tracking details will be provided where available

  • Deliveries take place during standard business hours

  • The courier may contact you to coordinate delivery

If you are not available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will attempt to contact you

  • A second delivery attempt may be arranged

  • A re-delivery fee may apply if another trip is required

To avoid delays or failed deliveries, please ensure your address is complete and accurate. You must include:

  • Street address

  • Suburb

  • City

  • Postal code

  • Valid contact number

Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays and additional delivery charges.

Delivery Limitations

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes

  • Certain farms, remote areas, or outlying regions may not be serviced by our courier partners

  • If your delivery address falls outside standard delivery zones:

    • We will contact you to arrange an alternative solution, or

    • A full refund will be issued if delivery is not possible

Risk & Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier:

  • Responsibility passes to the customer

  • Best Before Online cannot be held liable for:

    • Courier delays

    • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details

    • Circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, service disruptions)
